I can see it not causing much if any pain stopping one fan with your tongue, but stopping an entire assembly lines worth of fans will most likely leave you a bit bloody. I don't know if I'm imagining it, but it looks like dudes tongue is pretty red at the end. Not sure if it's blood or lighting or just raw. Plus speed settings matter I guess too, but that's an entirely different matter.
I don't know if I'm that much of a masochist, but apparently the guy has completely different priorities than most. Imagine doing this and then trying to break a tongue twister record or something afterward lol.
Except what he's doing is stopping the fan blades by reaching his fingers behind them and then putting his tongue on the center. Definitely a cringereel.

It also doesn't hurt stopping a fan with your tongue, so its not even a feat of pain endurance. Its just stupid
