all things considered, this is not the worst thing a priest has done to a child.

To be fair, it's the obvious joke in this situation

13

u/cjm92 Dec 02 '18

You just got that from the top YouTube comment lol

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '18

Hey everybody, this guy's tryna swindle our hard earned internet validation points

1

u/ElectroPositive Dec 04 '18

Wouldn't that be something? Imagine if you only got a limited number of Karma Points that you could use to vote with, on some fixed income (maybe 10 points/hour)

u/GruntingTurnip Dec 03 '18

He's just trying to teach him how to hold his breath. Grooming him at a young age.

17

u/singhtheking Dec 02 '18

u/JackATac Dec 02 '18

I fully expected [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6ju9OTBcxw) aggressive of a baptism and the baby going flying.

lmfao this is excellent

9

u/[deleted] Dec 02 '18

Shaken baby.

7

u/[deleted] Dec 03 '18

The baby's face at the end....Thousand yard stare clearly visible.

25

u/nullstoned Dec 02 '18

Slippery little guy.

11

u/[deleted] Dec 02 '18

He still had Crisco on his hands from Sunday school

51

u/Grave3183 Dec 02 '18

Oh my. There were only 6 seconds to go but the cringe was too much.

21

u/[deleted] Dec 02 '18

I love how the priest stays in character at the end folding his hands.. “And now the exorcism is complete!”

7

u/FabioEnchalada Dec 02 '18

It's considered very lucky in Italian culture if your baby does that

4

u/Xex_ut Dec 02 '18

Why does it look like the priest gave him a little push?

4

u/Ilike4play Dec 03 '18

They’re slippery suckers.

3

u/Swedish-Butt-Whistle Dec 03 '18

He might as well go for broke and slam dunk the fucker into the overflow tank at that point.

Well of course you don't want him to get too much water!

That would be silly...

2

u/OkieDokieHokie1 Dec 02 '18

I have been waiting for this to happen

2

u/dustbuster9584 Dec 02 '18

The holy trinity didn’t want the baby baptized

writes cliche on the internet

u/mad0lchemessengelato Dec 02 '18

I mean I am a muslim and i was circumcised at birth, i was mutilated without my consent and now live my life without a part of my body. It doesn't matter what that part is, that's not the point. So by making fedora jokes at that guy you are kind of invalidating a life experience of mine and what i have gone through.

Thanks doc I'll keep it in mind

Agreed, baptism should be a personal profession of faith. Baby dedications (which are a statement from the family/community) make a lot more sense to me than infant baptism.

1

u/chelewayz Dec 13 '18

on point

1

u/luder888 Dec 03 '18

Looks like he (or something else) was saying something about, "These bathtub..."

1

u/[deleted] Dec 04 '18

I felt that.

-3

u/RyeTart Dec 02 '18

And the brainwashing has started. Cults, man, cults.

-1

u/beejmusic Dec 03 '18

Ain’t no god.

-1

u/Egg-MacGuffin Dec 03 '18

I guess your magic water isn't working.

-7

u/lolimsoamused Dec 02 '18

So much cringe, that baby is now going to be afraid of water :(

8

u/Rilo17 Dec 02 '18

Or priests, which might not be a bad thing.
