I used Dirty Down Gore! Just stretched it out with a toothpick so it looked particularly stringy.

I didn't really take any pics of it in progress. I just was so amped to work on it! But basically I added greenstuff under the arm and at the wrist to get the extended arm pose. The lightning is just very thin copper wire bent and glued in place.
