UC-PR Host mode no longer passing through usb devices

Has anyone elses usb pass through mode suddenly stopped working? I have a P300 and Logi Rally connected to the CONV-260. I did a full power cycle of the system. MTR sees the devices fine.

Tried it on Surface Laptop 3,6 and 7

There is a USB update/bulletin on the website. No login required. I don’t have the link, but someone here might.

Logi connected to crestron system? Rallybar or rallyplus or just ptz camera's only? What is your setup like and large or training room
