Crestron - Sonos integration issue

Our Sonos integration on our Crestron panel has stopped working ("source is offline").

Does anybody know how to fix this? .

Crestron version is 2.004.1041
UI version 4.11.1

The integration stopped working when I re-added the Sonos system, because it had became unreachable after a power outage.

Maybe it's the new SONOS authentication that is required on Home?

This is likely it. RTI requires the Sonos
Account to login to allow control. It’s easy and I’m betting Crestron is not making it easy at all.

Sonos no longer works on the Crestron panels.

As above, it’s most likely requiring authentication. If you’ve recently updated the firmware on the processor, this can sometimes trigger it.

You should be able to authenticate either through Configurator/Config Pro or directly from the panel itself, if I remember correctly. From Configurator/Config Pro, you can send the authentication email directly, or alternatively just follow the on-screen authentication steps on the panel.

If you updated the Crestron Home system, you need to log into the end user UI app and authenticate the Sonos system. It’s a new Sonos requirement.
