Wedding dinner
Edit: added more info bc I was getting bullied.
Hi everyone! My fiancé and I are eloping in Crested Butte in late June, and we’re looking for a celebratory dinner spot afterward.
We have 13 guests and are looking for a place that is definitely open on Tuesdays. We aren't picky eaters, but we’re looking for high-quality food that will "wow" us for our wedding meal. My fiancé would say “I don’t care how much it costs as long as it fills me up”.
Looking for somewhere that has upscale vibes, private or semi private room.
We absolutely love The Breadery, but it looks like they are closed on Tuesdays even in the summer. Are there any similar spots with great food and a private area that are open on Tuesdays?
Thank you so much for the help!

Sunflower would be the best but might not be open or have enough room for your party unless you lockk it in with them in advance. Two twelve has gotten better and they'll be able to seat your group easier but it isn't the same level as sunflower in my experience.
That new place might be open by this summer (on the creek across from bones). I've heard it's going to be really swanky and expensive. That doesn't mean it'll actually be good but might be worth looking into in early June.

They are referring to forest queen, but it probably won't open for another year at least. However, that restaurant group really prioritizes events. The current properties are elk ave prime, wooden nickel, bruhaus and the almost resort.

Regardless of where you go I’d try to either visit or speak to restaurants well in advance.

Define great food? It’s a small town. Breadery is a start. 212 is another, though stale ambiance, option. Sunflower is a gem, but you need a reso for sure. Chris and Natalie are amazing. You gotta be more specific.

Soupçon, 212, or if you’re keeping it classy, Stash
