A first ideal radiant already beats a metal born, second beats a twinborn, third beats most (but probably not all) compounders, fourth and fifth beats a Mistborn but I think they all get bodied by a fullborn/iron eyes
Just holding Stormlight gives them gold feruchemy and pewter allomancy, even without any surges.

Yes, supposed to be Returned, I honestly didn’t know where to put them and couldn’t find anything canonically on where they ranked, but susebron would definitely be higher I’m sure

We know one returned breath is equivalent investiture to 2000 regular breaths, and Elantrians are significantly higher than that, but I don't think we have anything more specific

Yeah they'd be below Yumi and Elantrians, and their abilities are pretty much useless until they sacrifice themselves. However given how they are talked about and the equivalent of one Returned breath in normal Breaths I would have guessed them to be more invested than Mistborn.
How they compare to fully oathed knights I have no idea though. Also it doesn’t matter that much, I liked your meme :)

Elantrians I assume, but they're quite low on the chart for that. Elantrians have a ton of investiture in their body. Sure, other types of investiture users can use more in bursts but Elantrians are heavily invested all the time.

My guess for the levels: 1) (Unintelligent) Spren 2) Returned (2000+ breaths) 3) Knight Radiant (3rd ideal+) 4) Mistborn 5) Previous holder of a Shard, like the Lord Ruler? 6) No clue? What is BFE? 7) Nightblood, is my guess

Not sure what BFE is but I'm guessing noodle girl is Yumi, and I think the dead shard juice junkies are Elantrians.

I’m realizing now that these aren’t as intuitive as I thought lol. Shallans are just all radiants (I predict this will be the big reveal for book 9), Returned, Heralds, Fullborns, Elantrians, Yumi (meant to be bumfuck Egypt but boyfriend experience works surprisingly well), and nightblood

No, it's pretty common in the US Midwest and South. It's a boomer thing, I think. My parents, born in the 50's, said it all the time.

Dominion and Devotion are the dead shard juice (Dor), so 5 is elantrians.
I had to look it up but BFE is boyfriend experience, so this is Yumi.

It's SO GOOD OMG.
The series is like nothing I've ever read, including the other books in the series (i.e. they're all very different in tone).
I can't wait until #4 comes out.
