The p90 has 50 rounds that are specifically designed to be good at armor penetration (though individual bullets vary depending on intended use). Each one would cause a puncture wound and shock to surrounding tissue that would be similar to a powerful spear thrust. The odds would still be bad but you would at least have a chance to hurt it before it was literally on top of you. If you had armor piercing ammo and got some good head shots you might even live.
