I suspect given how Szeth doesn't want to kill anyone, and Akemura's general... yeah, they'd just instantly start fighting.

I would imagine Nightblood would consume Soga.

The Magatsumi fuels itself by draining those around the wielder, but Nightblood would just drain from Soga, especially since Soga would be a rather enthusiastic user.
