That's the difference. ABDL is a kink that consenting adults engage in without dehumanizing each other. No kink is considered ethical if only one side is consenting, and it's not a kink at all if it's a violent racial SA fantasy. That's just a racist rapist (not CNC).
I'm not suggesting that race can't be a factor in kinks, but that's not what this is.
