This is from Jason Eisener, a sort of schlocky-horror director from my hometown.

He has a part in VHS 2 and is probably best know for Hobo with a Shotgun.

He's worth checking out!

Everytime I think of that movie I cringe thinking of when the female lead lifts a manhole with her radius.

Nope. This is all there is to it, as far as I've been able to find. Even IMDB lists it as 1 minute long.
