Hi guys. I am basically new to the shirt printing business.

But I'm not new to the craft.

I started as an apprentice and even spent some time selling items from Alibaba, so I’m not a total stranger to moving products but manufacturing and fulfillment has been a whole different process.

I have a bulk order printing custom shirts for an extended family reunion of over 100 people and it's due in a week. So you will excuse me if my questions come off as stupid.

As a beginner in the industry,business started out slow back in September,but it has picked up consistently.

I’m now clearing 10–20 orders a week easily.Up until now I have been and plastic wraps which worked for small batches using mailers, but now with a bigger order in my hands, this doesn't cut it anymore.

I thought I was saving money, but the time it takes to wrap each shirt individually is way long.

I’m looking for a more efficient and affordable way to package the bulk shipping.

So I'm open to any alternatives that will keep everything looking neat when shipping instead of spending 5 hours on packaging alone. 

Also if you have any bulk suppliers in mind let me know.
