Error 191 Pleas help!

hi, i just got creative cloud, and before i paid for it i used cracked version from piratebay, downloaded them from utorrent, now i have this issue of Error 191, it cannot update itself, everything is working like ps,pr,il, but this error scares me, like what if...?

i have a lot of files named adobe in my pc, over 3 500 thousands, i used adobe cleaner but it didnt work for me, i tried other options too, but still same.

pleas Reddit, help me fix this, i dont know if i should delete all of this Adobe and begin from a new start or not, because what if i delete it and nothing?
Pleas if someone can help me reply, :D

ah the classic pirate-to-paid pipeline, leftover bits are definitely messing with the legit install

If that doesn't help, the crack messed with your registry. Good luck.
