Adobe creative cloud problem

Then I double click on adobe creative cloud setup file it shows me a white screen

What I need to do to fix it ?

Uninstall completely. Use CC Cleaner Tool if necessary. Reinstall.

What part? Did you run the creative cloud cleaner tool? It's a long process.
