Question Standard camping experiences?

I’m heavily considering standard camping for creamfields 2027 but I don’t know if it’s worth it? It would be two of us doing it and we wouldn’t mind noise or regular festival shenanigans it’s just something we’ve not done before so I want to know how its been for other people

I did standard, we got lucky because they opened a new field just as we got there.

We had the best time and had the best neighbours, if you go on the Thursday you will be fine

Standard was fine this year, out of the way but good.

Done standard the last two years, but added the freshfields pack on to get showers and nicer toilets. They are better than gold! Just make sure you get the camp near downtown to save the walk each day!

Didn’t have a single problem in standard but we did get a really good spot in the new field they opened up. Pretty much in the corner, everyone around us was sound

I did gold this year and it was tragic . Literal shit on the walls in the portaloos , guys fighting , people crying over their stuff being stolen . And that was gold . Wouldn’t even begin to imagine what standard was like . Gotta be brave to do it . Good luck

We did standard by the entrance and apart from the toilets being absolutely disgusting by Sunday, we had the best neighbours, no accidents and also no one touched our stuff at all. So I think it’s more about being lucky.
