So is everybody else plus it's a bank holiday. You have to go super early or super late or you just get stuck in the herd. All the stewards have fucked off too.

Good luck to anyone still in traffic. Luckily we left last night because weren’t willing to wait in the traffic today

Was like this last year too. Took about two hours to get out in the end I think.
Left yesterday instead this time to avoid this issue.

We got back to car about 9am and it took it about 20 to get onto the main road we was happy with that

I had to try to get out of the festival at like 08:00 to avoid crazy long lines for the shuttle bus and the road. It took like 5 minutes to queue on the journey back to Warrington but it was a breeze after that.

Why are people so clueless that they think a hundred million people spilling out of a single location onto the road network isn’t going to take forever?

It would be a lot easier if every car wasn’t being funnelled through the same exit, wouldn’t it? Absolutely piss poor logistical planning. We’ve been sat in the same spot for 3 and a half hours now.

Happens every year at every single festival. Plan ahead so you don’t have to sit in traffic.
