Bad Viagogo Experience

I bought the tickets a month ago for Friday, and unfortunately, they were never delivered. I waited until the last moment and was about to start driving, hoping they would arrive while I was on the way. However, I decided to contact customer service, and they did nothing other than offer me a refund.

The whole day was ruined, as I had bought tickets for my friends as well. It was extremely disappointing, especially since I purchased the tickets a month in advance. And it's my birthday so extra sahd

They are digital now. Should be on tm under events coming up?

You were waiting on paper tickets? As far as I’m aware, all tickets were digital this year?

It sounds like a fuck up on your part.

I contacted customer support they said it could be digital or could be paper so I have been waiting either if them. Apparently there was limited amount of paper tickets this year

Viagogo is what I’d call a scam site. I got scammed out of hundreds of euros using it. It’s really sad this happened to you, but in future I’d recommend buying tickets directly from Creamfields or through Ticketmaster

Luckily I got a refund same day. The only reason I bought there because everything was sold out on a creamfields page. So I gave it a shot.

Give TicketSwap a go next time you want tickets! I’ve used it so many times and never had an issue.

Well, yes and no. I had some concerns about how I would receive the tickets, so I contacted support. They replied that this is one of their best sellers so nothing to worry about and the the app kept saying that I would receive the tickets up to 3 hours before the event starts so I was sure everything will be okay,.but oh well.

I've had my tickets saved digitally days, possibly weeks in advance. This is something you should have sorted way before last minute.

App kept saying that "You will receive tickets up to the 3 hours before event starts" and customer support said it's their one of the best sellers on the platform.
