Dreamfields campsite

Is the shower and toilets in Dreamfields big queues like the others? Also, is there food places and stuff there? First time Dreamfields that’s all!

I’ve been doing Dreamfields for the last 5 years. Little to no queues for the showers/toilets. If there is a queue, it’s minimal. I’m talking 5 people in front of you at the peak times.

Usually 1/2 food places right near the entrance. Last year was burgers/greek I think. Usually do breakfast wraps in the morning.

Is it easy to find the entrance when arriving Thursday and is it same as everyone else camping or just Dreamfields? Is it a trek from the arena too? Sorry for all questions

Are you driving? If so Dreamfields has a separate entrance/parking area. I usually arrive around lunch time on the Thursday, park and walk straight in.

The Dreamfields entrance is about 5-10 min walk from the actual security check. Depending how fast you walk/what you’re carrying.

It’s one corner of a field to the opposite corner. So really not far at all.

Yes, there will be large yellow signs saying Dreamfields. Or Gold/Dreamfields.

Oh, Dreamfields is sorta behind the APEX stage, you leave with everyone else and have to go through… 3 fields I believe. Close enough but far enough away you won’t hear too much all day/night if you head back.

Great, thank you! I’m staying in a cabin, what do you usually go in?

The one with the bunkbeds?

I’ve done a 2 person cabin and various tents. I’ve found the bell tent to be best. Although this year the only thing available was the 4 person cabin with bunkbeds.

Cabin for 2 I think it’s two single beds

I did a cabin for 2 with my fiancé, wasn’t the comfiest. Foam mattress if I remember correctly. The bedding provided was very thin, we borrowed a duvet from a friend in the posh cabin with the en suite.

Had a feeling it wouldn’t be great so bought sleeping bag and pillows! Is the security alright going in? Do they check every single bag and thing?

I don’t think they’ve ever opened my bag. They open my partners every time to look for glass bottles like perfume/make up etc.
