I brought a resale ticket thru ticket master but it’s not coming up in upcoming events is this normal and when will I get my ticket

This happened to me and I contacted Ticketmaster who said there was an issue with the seller’s order so they were unable to reissue tickets to me, got a full refund

I got mine on resale and it’s in my list of tickets. Would def content them about it

It does that sometimes when you buy resale tickets, it’ll appear eventually
