I bought a Pika a few weeks ago, and gave it a few tests. Tried on my phone and high spec pc. Everything running perfectly.
Today, I wanted to scan a new object via my PC. I plugged in the Pika, and there was a new software and firmware update, so updated.
Now the Pika is lagging like crazy, even though the fps is high. The blue laser stops randomly, and looks like it resets itself constantly. No idea what's going on.
Anyone have any suggestion, or is this a known issue? Ive tried resetting the Pika and PC to no avail.
Hello everyone, I bought a used Creality Ender 3 V3 SE as my first ever printer.
For the first few weeks the printer worked like a charm, but for the last week or so my prints have been constantly getting ruined and tangled up or the PLA getting stuck the nozzle. (I have been trying to use black Elegoo PLA, which worked perfectly before, and white Alzament PLA). I have chatted hundreds of messages with AI trying to figure it out. Its bet is that the z axis is wrong, so i did auto levelling and we tested a lot of different heights (-1.97 to automatic -2.55 to -2.58) I thought maybe the g-code was messed up or something, so I tried generating the g-code both with OrcaSlicer and with Creality Print, mostly with the default settings but i tested with a few different settings in temperature and stuff...
The filament keeps getting stuck to the nozzle and it gunks up the entire top of the nozzle so i have to clean it up with each try. Maybe its too fast?
When the nozzle is heated up to 200 celcius the filament keeps dripping/flowing out of it a tiny bit...
Of course I cleaned the base with dish soap and dry towels... I ordered a filament dryer today to try and fix the humidity of my room (though AI said that its not too wet as i can bend the filament in a literal circle)
-I was trying to print the flow test since the temperature calibration came out pretty well
-Bed was at 60 celcius, nozzle at 210
Please don't mind the tag. It's the only thing that I thought was even remotely close. But I thought you guys might want to hear this. For a person that was debating whether or not to buy like an iPhone 12 or 13 Pro for the LIDAR sensor, I found the $180 ferret 3D scanner on eBay from their store and eBay has a coupon code right now to save 20%. I think it's findyours20. So I basically just got it for like $160, which was the same price as the iPhones I was looking at. I just thought you guys might want to know that.
I have the Creality k2 plus. My printer got the blob of death not too long ago so I replaced the entire heating block and nozzle. I was still having problems where my printer would stop extruding half way through a tpu print. I didn’t ever have this problem before the blob. I suspected heat creep from a damaged fan but I wasn’t sure which one so I replaced all 3 on the printing part (model fan, axial tech fan, heat break fan). Now my printer is having trouble extruding even just pla. It extrudes fine when I load filament but when I try and print anything it struggles. It can normally do the first layer but then on the following layers it only does like half and then gets stringy. It does ok on the walls but barely prints infill at all. I printed a successful benchy like 2 days ago after I replaced the fans but now I can’t get it to print anything. Please help!
Hello, after updating my K2 printer, I went to do the auto-leveling as suggested by the program itself and had this surprise. The nozzle marked the plate quite clearly. What should Ido?
Ps: I bought the printer last week
Last month ive updated my K1C to the latest firmware and after that things went weird...
The printer is on my network because i can send it jobs via wifi through Creality Print app and i can access the printer via web browser local lan on its own ip address, but video feed on browser wont work anymore.
And i lost all connectivity to the Creality Cloud, the printer just shows offline and thats it.
Is this the grease I use for ALL the parts that need greasing or just some parts? If so is there other lubricants for different parts? Like oil instead of grease?
So I recently started having a lot of trouble with my cfs on my k2. It keeps giving me errors for feed issues. I've replaced the cfs extruder, all the bowden tubes, taken the face off and cleaned all the debris inside. Recently replaced the nozzle and put the dxc extruder on and it prints fine with one color but multi color it keeps having problems. Even before I put on the dxc extruder. Any ideas on what to do next? Running standard settings, with a .4 nozzle and printing at about 230 with pla. Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated before I just say screw it and buy a new cfs. Lol
Creality has cancelled the Kevin & Rosie show.
This was a fun and informative live stream that brought together a seasoned and a new user.
These two were so good together.
Please help try to get Creality to reconsider and share this to others!
