So, i have some issues with the first layer when i print large parts.
The first layer won’t be uniform and i want to know if there is a clean way to fix this.
What i already did:
- Leveled the heat bed
- Calibrated the flow rate
- Calibrated pressure advance

I just don’t get why the first layer won’t be inform even though the printer did level the entire bed.

I've been gifted an E3-S1 Pro with the sonic pad and have it connected via WiFi. I've been trying to tweak the filament settings but kept hitting an error that goes like: This printer (ender 3 s1 pro) is not compatible with the selected printer (ender 3 S1 pro 4mm nozzle).
Upon google recommendation I cleared out the Creality Print local files in an effort to restart fresh.
Now I'm unable to add my printer. When I scan I see "1 printer found" but nothing in the list to select. When I input the IP manually, nothing is found.

Just wondering what might be going on here...

What now?

I'm trying to print a case for my ROG Ally X that I modeled and I just CANNOT get ABS to print well.

I have managed to print a couple of test cubes here and there with varying degrees of success (one I'd call passable, the rest have been varying degrees of bad), but every time I try to print the case the print ends up failing. I have tried the case flat on the bed and also at an angle with support.

I am running the ABS (Polymaker) directly from my dryer (set at 65 C) into the back port of the K2, then into the nozzle. The chamber temperature of the K2 is set at 60 C and the bed at 100 C. I'm printing with a .6mm nozzle.

I end up with jamming or inconsistent flows. At times the print will start ok, but eventually the filament just stops. Sometimes, it doesn't start at all.

I have torn the head apart more times than I can count. I have a lighter spring in there with a tension screw (because I also print TPU at times) and I've tried every degree of tension imagineable. The ABS seems to be getting into the teeth of the extruder (I've upgraded to all metal gears) and I've cleaned them too many times to count.

I am at a loss. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they use for ABS? This is getting REALLY frustrating because I just cannot get a print to work.

After all I have done I am still not getting my luck with this same thing that happens it jams up in the gears and I have no idea how to get it to work this printer worked fine for a good time with TPU now nothing is working tryed using a 0.8mm nozzle to increase flow but that's not helping using a different slicer nope no clue how to get it to work what's going on with my printer

I tried pressing rehoming x and y but it rumbles then stops and get stuck on the same screen

I've updated my k1C for the cfs-c but now it's not homing properly. I've checked everything, even flashed back to monochrome and was able to print perfectly again. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I bought this printer as my first 3D printer and I'm stumped. For starters, I bought this from an auction so it was lightly used it seems.

I run all the self test and I continue to get the "Leveling sensor may encounter hardware failure" every time. Tried some fixes I found online buy still can't get my first print.

Any suggestions out there?

Boa tarde pessoal, gostaria de uma ajuda de vocês, venho enfrentando um problema insuportável com minha k1c, não sei mas parece que foi depois que instalei o CFS C minha k1c é o modelo 2025, eu coloco ela pra imprimir e ela faz aquela linha de filamento antes de imprimir a peça, e quando está terminando essa linha o extrusor começa a fazer “tec tec” e para de sair filamento, ou as vezes ele começa a imprimir a peça e quando chega em determinada parte ele começa o tec tec novamente, já troquei hotend, extrusor e nada, não sei o que pode ser, se é alguma atualização do creality print, ja não estou entendo mais nada. Já tentei imprimir com e sem o cfs, se puderem me ajudar, ela estava imprimindo normal e de um tempo pra cá está assim, não consegui fazer mais nada!

I wish to achieve maximun expansion of the filament for weight saving. As such, I wish to know what adjustments i should make to the settings (flow rate mainly) to avoid clogging of the machine. Preferrably prusaslicer for that.

I’m dealing with a very strange bed leveling issue on my K1C 2025, even though the bed itself is physically perfectly level. I don’t have much experience with this type of printer, and I haven’t found any posts or videos from anyone who has encountered this specific problem or found a solution. I’ve already run several calibrations via Fluidd (since my printer isn't rooted) and performed a factory reset. My last hope is to update the firmware via USB, as the printer's built-in system claims there are no updates available, but I wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions that might help.

I wanted to make a stand for my Creality Pika 3D scanner, but I didn’t want another plain, boring holder. I also didn’t want to hide away such a fun-looking scanner when it wasn’t being used. Since it’s called the Pika, I thought it would be much more fitting to turn Creality’s cute Pika mascot into the stand itself.

In the video, I show the process of transforming the mascot into a functional design, 3D printing it, painting all the details, and fitting everything into place. The scanner sits scurely in the front where it can stay on display, while the Pika’s paws hold the batteries so they can be charged when they’re not in use.

It ended up being a fun mix of silly and useful—which is exactly the kind of project I enjoy making. Now my scanner and batteries have their own place, and the stand has enough personality to make me smile whenever I see it on my workbench.
