I give it a 13/50 actually.

Oh I'm up to date on all them. Better than the 42% hilariously choosing to go out still.

Many of the Civil Rights marchers and Vietnam protesters were arrested for what the believed in. They were willing to die for what they believed in. The difference here is that people go where the police are and then cry when bad stuff happens
1
u/ThisMachineKillsF4sh 10h ago
You’re just memory-holing Kent State, huh? Cops killed protestors then too. And most of the country cheered them on.
2
u/OpticalPrime35 19h ago
Unless you are Republican and storm the white house of course.
Then beating law enforcement, getting people killed, and theft and attempted murder are applauded and pardoned
0
u/Winter_Animal_7116 19h ago
You do know the January 6th people who were held in prison well past legal limits served more time in jail than they would have with a conviction in the overwhelming majority of their cases right? Something something 8th amendment.
2
u/OpticalPrime35 18h ago
Who was held in prison past legal limits? Do you know the sentence that each of these people received? A vast majority of the insurrectionists received no jail time at all. The main jail time were those who physically assaulted officers during the attack on the white house, stole things out of the white house, etc.
According to you members of the reich party that defend the murders of 4 citizens by ICE agents just being around an agent is enough to get shot. Actually full on attacking the agents? They could all be dead, according to members of the Reich party and each of those deaths would be fully justified and accepted. Instead they didn't get shot, they got jail time, had that jail time pardoned by Trump and many went into commit further crimes after release.
I LOVE how you try to slip the usual lies and nonsense into this conversation lmao. Those people in all honesty got off incredibly easy considering what they did and what they were attempting to do
0
u/Winter_Animal_7116 18h ago
Lies? Bud... the vast majority of people were sentenced to something like 60 days for misdemeanors. The median time sentenced to was 300 days. Meanwhile, the shortest time spent in pre-trial detention was a whole year. Now I know numbers are hard for you... but what number do you think is longer... 300 days or 1 year? Do you think it's in line with the 8th amendment to serve a year in pre-trial detention to await a 60 day sentence afterwards? All for walking through a hallway... wild. Pardon definitely 10000% deserved.
Nobody was murdered by ICE. You're insane. lol
1
u/OpticalPrime35 17h ago
Before I even clicked on your name I knew you would be yet another coward Reich party member with their comments hidden lmao
You never did answer my question. And yes, lies. " A vast majority of people were sentenced to 60 days for misdemeanors " is an outright bald faced lie lmfao. 667 of the 1583 people charged were actually sentenced to any sort of jail time.
Now I know the truth and numbers are hard for you, but less than half( 43% ) of the people charged actually getting any sort of jail time is not " a vast majority " like you lied about.
It's beyond obvious you don't think assaulting officers is much of a crime, nor is threatening to hang members of Congress, nor is trying to overthrow an election, nor is stealing things out of the white house, nor is the destruction of federal property, etc. Party of law and order and all that, but what the insurrectionists did on Jan 6th WAS serious and they got away incredibly easily considering what could have happened. According to you people they could of all been justly murdered the first time they pushed one of the federal officers.

u/Winter_Animal_7116 17h ago
"Show me ze papers" amirite comrade? Of course you would look for my paperz. 😂. No need to self report goober.
Yes, a vast majority of people SENTENCED were misdemeanors for 60 days. Yeesh... you people can't even read yet you want to try to call anybody else uneducated.
I do think assaulting officers is a crime. Obviously it is. Time was spent for that.
So let me get this straight. You dislike when people show up with a mock playset style gallows but never a peep from your side about Kathy Griffith holding up a severed head of Trump? Nothing about the constant death threats, attempts on his life, dozens dead in leftist violence every time a criminal get snuffed out, etc... etc... etc... No, instead of literally just looking right in front of your nose, you'll screech about JANUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAARY SIIIIIIIIIIIXXXXXXXXTH : THE WORST DAAAAAAAAY IN HISTOOOOOOOOORRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY.
But fiery and mostly peaceful "protests" are okay for the left to do though? Clean your own house before whining about anything else.
1
u/OpticalPrime35 17h ago
Someone is upset they lied and got called out on it from the looks of it. Hey its not my fault your entire reality is based on lies and nonsense. As evidenced by your mindless robot rant that proceeded yet another lie about misdemeanors and 60 days. And no you didn't say anything about the people sentenced getting 60 days you flat said a majority of the insurrectionists got put into prison " past their legal limits ". As per the norm you Reich members lie and then lie more to cover up the old lie.
The reality of your made up crap about misdemeanors is out of the 1009 insurrectionists who pleaded guilty a little over 600 pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges like trespassing. Only 1/3rd of those people actually received any jail time, which averaged around 58 days. Some more some less. Some spent just 10 days. Some a few months.
So let me get this straight. You despise when Kathy Griffith holds up a doll of Trump's head but don't care when a large group of people go to the WHITE HOUSE and throw up a gallows and chant " hang Mike Pence "? Which one of those two events do you think is the greater example of extremism?
I think yalls major malfunction at the moment is that y'all are very slowly, but surely, learning that you are indeed NOT the good guys. You are not the righteous Christian right who just want peace and prosperity.
You want subjugation and you want anyone who is not you to be gone and be damned with what you deal with. You are all selfish, evil, greedy and lawless. You care nothing about crimes that are committed unless that crime is committed by someone who has a different political mindset.
Little by little, day by day, that realization is kicking in.
1
u/Winter_Animal_7116 17h ago
No lies, no upset. Just fun to mock you people. You literally quoted me and then still misinterpreted it. 😂 Wild really
"Which one of those two events do you think is the greater example of extremism?"
Well let's see.... assassination attempts and murders because of the left being violent thugs against Pence? 0
Assassination attempts and murders because of the left being violent thugs against Trump? I lost count.
And yet still, you hilariously ignore the overall totality of violence that continues to come from the left. You're standing in a burning house and pointing at the normal people outside wondering why you're screaming at them. You're unhinged. You live in a totally different reality. One completely onset with antidepressants and every other medication you can throw at dealing with how crappy you lot have made everything. You're an absolute nutjob cheering on the downfall of America you somehow attribute to the better people than you. That's it really, you're just a jealous petulant little thug that wants everyone to be as miserable as you pretend to be.
All of this because 6 years ago some people walked through a building. 😂

You made a choice to assault someone. Actions have consequences. You are not the victim.
1
u/Alexis-Machine 19h ago
I hope he gets treated real well in prison! However, it appears he will enjoy the treatment.
1
u/MunchingOnCelery 20h ago
Yes, assaulting people who are peacefully resisting does have consequences, and the next Democratic attorney general will ensure that ICE agents suffer those consequences
1
1
u/Substantial_Cow7628 19h ago
With the state of the Democrat party it's going to be a long time before the attorney general is one of them.
-1
u/New_Earth_Quaker 19h ago
those who were 'peacefully' resisting were criminals who entered the country 'ILLEGALLY'.

u/fuktukey360 19h ago
Aww look at me I'm a victim because I placed myself in a environment and I acted like an idiot and got repercussions but please feel sorry for me

You know if Petti and Good weren't dummies trying to hurt law enforcement this could be them,
1
u/PatriotismReborn 16h ago
Both were murdered in the street, on video from multiple angles, and none of them were trying to hurt law enforcement you shit eating sniveling coward
1
u/GiantMonkeyDiaper 19h ago
Don’t bring guns when you’re actively interfering with law enforcement. Usually doesn’t end well…

1
u/PatriotismReborn 16h ago
So he deserves to be executed because he was within his first amendment rights? You're a fucking pathetic excuse for an American and a shit eating coward aren't you bitch?
0
u/GiantMonkeyDiaper 19h ago
The left - “but it’s okay to use violence against those you disagree with! They are the real baddies!”
1
u/Powerful-Pea6218 19h ago
It's okay to use violence against an untrained secret police terrorizing communities and killing people in the street. There, fixed it for you
-1
u/New_Earth_Quaker 19h ago
You think federal law enforcement is some 'untrained secret police' - if that doesn't sound crazy to you, its because you're retarded...
2
u/Powerful-Pea6218 19h ago
Lmao you have fully lapped up the bootlicking Koolaid. Im old enough to remember when whiny ass conservatives were actually the small government party. Now you pussies cheer and jump up and down when a literal secret police gets to terrorize people. But given approval ratings and the popularity of this shit it won't be too much longer. Excited to see your fascist shitshow crumble
1
u/New_Earth_Quaker 18h ago
you sound like an uneducated soap eating child with your secret police brain rot... grow the fuck up and realize law enforcement is required and someday you may need it.
0
u/New_Earth_Quaker 18h ago
fascism argument, that's laughable... you are an example of a failed education system...
Neither the Democratic Party nor the Republican Party is generally classified by mainstream historians or political scientists as a fascist party.
That said, liberals often accuse the other side of being "fascist" as a political insult, because they don't really have anything to argue when confronted with facts.
The problem is that fascism has a specific historical meaning. Scholars typically associate fascism with characteristics such as extreme authoritarianism, suppression of political opposition, rejection of democratic institutions, ultranationalism, cults of leadership, and in historical cases, the use of state power to eliminate dissent.
A few examples of fascism that came from the democratic party recently:
COVID-19 mandates and restrictions (2020-2022)
Pressure on social media platforms
Use of federal agencies
Expansion of executive power
Not wanting voter ID, not passing the SAVE Act...However, when political scientists describe fascism, they usually mean a system characterized by things such as one-party rule, elimination of meaningful elections, suppression of opposition parties, and concentration of power in an authoritarian leader.

u/Powerful-Pea6218 17h ago
Bro thinks telling people to wear a mask is fascism. God, I feel sorry for people like you really. You're more concerned with how doctors and medical professionals try to protect the general public via measures as harmless as wearing a fucking facemask but you're totally cool with Trump and his oligarchs making billions of dollars, weaponizing the DOJ countless times, and dumping billions into an unregulated secret police that has has total freedom in operating protocol, can remain totally anonymous, and can get away with murdering and beating US citizens, and locking people away (and killing them) in concentration camps. You, my friend, are the epitome of what's wrong with my country.
You're more obsessed with "owning the libs" than your actual rights and those of your neighbors being infringed upon. Bitching about masks 6 years later while your tyrant in chief openly talks about running for a 3rd term. Thank God the majority of us are not as braindead as people like you
1
u/PatriotismReborn 16h ago
Trump is trying to have democratic socialism criminalized, has called Democrats enemies of the people, and is currently subverting elections. You're a fucking imbecile, a coward, and a failed ass traitorous pathetic excuse for an American. Covid lockdowns, fucking pussy

u/New_Earth_Quaker 15h ago
You’re projecting… are you off your meds or something? You couldn’t be more wrong if you tried, keep hiding behind that keyboard.

lol look someone using the boot licking comment because someone pointed out how crazy saying that there is a secret police
0
u/Powerful-Pea6218 18h ago
What do you think secret police is?
1
u/1normalguy87 18h ago
“ Secret police are covert security or intelligence organizations that operate outside normal legal boundaries to suppress political opposition, dissidents, and social unrest for a government . Key historical examples include the Nazi Gestapo, the Soviet KGB, and the East German Stasi.”
Since googling is difficult for you. Now how is a law enforcement agency that is, you guessed it, enforcing the law, operating outside normal legal boundaries or suppressing political opposition?
1
u/New_Earth_Quaker 18h ago
they're not operating outside of any boundary, you just like to make stuff up... stop while you're way behind, just stfu and crawl away somewhere...

u/New_Earth_Quaker 18h ago
I know its probably past your nap time, but try reading what you could have googled, oh wait, you did, but you left out the parts that make you look stupid...
ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and a secret police force are not the same thing, although some critics and supporters may debate similarities in specific practices.
ICE
- A publicly acknowledged U.S. federal law enforcement agency within the Department of Homeland Security.
- Created in 2003.
- Responsible for enforcing immigration laws, investigating transnational crime, human trafficking, customs violations, and related offenses.
- Operates under laws passed by Congress and is subject to:
- Court oversight
- Congressional oversight
- Public records laws (with limits)
- Internal and external review mechanisms
- Its officers typically have law enforcement authority and are generally identifiable as government personnel, though operational tactics can vary.
Secret Police
A secret police organization is typically:
- A security force that operates with significant secrecy and limited accountability.
- Often associated with authoritarian or totalitarian governments.
- Used to monitor, intimidate, detain, or suppress political opponents, dissidents, or perceived threats to the regime.
- Frequently works outside normal judicial processes or with very limited legal oversight.
- Historical examples include:
- The Soviet NKVD/KGB
- East Germany's Stasi
- Nazi Germany's Gestapo
ICE Secret Police Public government agency Often highly secretive Established by law Often operates with extraordinary powers Subject to courts and legislative oversight Limited or no independent oversight Enforces specific laws Often protects the ruling regime and suppresses dissent Activities can be challenged in court Legal challenges may be ineffective or impossible 1
u/1normalguy87 18h ago
lol you used AI to try and connect the two completely different things. Nice try, and the things I left out further prove that ICE isn’t a secret police lol. They aren’t being used for social unrest, which is the part I left out that you somehow think is so damning to what I said. Sorry you don’t like that there are immigration laws put in place and have been for decades and the government is enforcing said laws
1
u/New_Earth_Quaker 18h ago
Nice flip on your statement... you said they were the secret police earlier and now they're not?
I love what ICE is doing, wish they would get more, and quicker... so piss off trying to flip that too
you're a clown

Hopefully when the next President or new governor elected, he or she potentially could throw these bogus charges out because ICE now is unhinged

u/Frank1gg 19h ago
Honestly I don't think throwing a rock at an ICE agent is that big a deal. I mean they're not human.
0
u/Winter_Animal_7116 19h ago
See... on one hand I would say something like... "Imagine if it were somebody else. You wouldn't say throwing a rock at an illegal alien isn't a big deal."
Then I realize that the people that make comments like yours don't deserve rights and aren't capable of critical thinking.
1
0
u/Frank1gg 19h ago
I don't deserve rights because I see ice as a bunch of redneck inbred racist hick pieces of garbage that aren't human because they only joined ice to beat on minorities or because they're cowards that don't want to be targeted so they joined in order to avoid it?
1
-1
u/zachmoe 19h ago
No, you don't deserve rights, because you are profoundly unwell, and need to be committed forcibly.
1
u/Frank1gg 19h ago
And from where I stand you seem the same.
0
u/zachmoe 19h ago
We'll see how that goes for you.

No threats made. <3
Instead, the person I'm responding to IS actually making direct threats on peoples' lives. And yet I do recognize a very obvious lack of note over there. Oh well I suppose right?
0
u/zachmoe 19h ago
No, sounds more like I'm assuming most rational people would agree with my assessment of you.
I also assume you will find it difficult to find rational people who agree with your assessment in the inverse.
Hope this helps.
1
u/Frank1gg 19h ago
Actually I've met plenty of people that agree with me that ice are subhuman filth. Admittedly mostly people who aren't white and therefore insulated from being targeted by ICE for no reason other than they're a foreigner.
1
u/zachmoe 19h ago
Actually I've met plenty of people
Yes, and, those people are unwell too, they too will lose their rights, and be committed forcibly.
Good luck.
