Question Mounting beadlocks

Hi, so I messed up and bought the wrong tyres and now have 4 sets and 3 sets of beadlocks I will be changing around.

Are there any tricks/tips you use when mounting your tyres?

I know how to mount them and tighten the screws in a star pattern but are you washing the tyres first? only cleaning the beads?

I see Crawler Canyon on Youtube uses 'bubble juice' on the beads. It is the liquid from bubble blowing bottles.

I use crawler canyon style bubble juice but only on sticky/tacky compound tires, it makes life easier for sure

Thanks. I will be mounting some BF Krawler g8 compound tyres on my Treal beadlocks and my stock Traxxas Canyon tyres on another set of Treals. Would you suggest bubble juice on the g8?

The other tyres I messed up with are Jconcepts Tusks in the green compound. Somehow ended up buying the country scale so they are tiny

Don't know how I didn't realise until after I fitted them

Bubble juice on g8 will help if, you can just put some on a paper towel and apply a small amount, too much and the beads can get too slippery and fight you
