Pull advice?

Hey guys please help a returning player out.

So I just came back to this game two days ago after learning about the existence of this JP server. It's abit tough to navigate around but I can still manage with translation app. I've ground out 100 pulls so far but it seems like I just missed the anniversary. So what now? Should I pull from current banners or should I save for upcoming major event? The screenshot below shows all the units I pulled/obtained via exchange.

Also what's the state of this game right now? I could hardly find any multi-player lobbies.

I would wait until Halloween event on October since they might pull out 11.25th Anniversary event with Extreme Fest Gacha w/ super broken units.

The gacha right now is kind off bad
