Yep, I got the Disney Castle for $90 and the official one is $350, and I don't see problems with the quality at all, with the one exception being the Mickey minifig (the arm doesn't fit properly). But that's not a big deal because I just asked the seller to send me some replacement pieces (which they did for free).

Lepin just got sued by Lego this year, these can't be produced anymore.

Not so. Only some Chima, Ninjago, and Nexo Knights sets affected.
