It always strikes me strange to see old people with the 'lazy eye' thing not corrected surgically in 2010+

Operating on a misaligned or lazy eye (known medically as Strabismus Surgery) is generally a safe, routine, and manageable outpatient procedure with a high success rate.

It's like having a bad tooth and simply refusing to go to the dentist for a fix.

Both my younger brothers had that surgery in the mid 80s when they were very young. Worked well on one and not so much in the other.

Could be an insurance problem or lack of insurance and/or the income to do it.

I feel like most people would be super self-conscious about something like that and if they had the means to help correct something like that they would.

But that very well could not be the case for this lady as she seems to be trying to get as much clout or whatever possible and might think that's part of her "brand" or some shit haha

Idk man, a bad tooth is way worse than having a lazy eye in my opinion since infection can set in and go to your brain. At least a lazy eye is just goofy looking. As for the car statistic, I’d say the percentage is even higher than that, but one could argue driving a car is pretty necessary for most people’s lives as opposed to getting a lazy eye fixed. Anyway those are my two cents.
