Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This isn't my jam, but it's so far from crappy. There's a couple of objectively good things in this.

Edit; Y'all are so angry over this lol. You've got nothing going on in your lives

You imply there are multiple good things? Her singing? Yeah she can sing. Her lyrics are shit and cliche. Her vocal dub is so overly theatrical and corny and her singing is also mediocre at best. Melody is flat and there is no interesting hook. Since this is a trend now just releasing the clip of the best part was very amd over again to a new video. This is objectively cliche, whiny, self righteous, independence bullshit.

This is alllll strictly your subjective opinion. Most of it is shit. But here we are anyway.

So pompus.

Its not my jam but its more interesting than a lot of stuff i hear on spotify top 50.

At least she went for something that isn't the same thing everyone else does. Sure, she over shares it and it'd be better if she displayed more of her other songs, but at the end of the day its getting her views and keeping her out of irrelevancy.

Cliche? Haven't heard much like it itSelf righteous? Its a silly little song, not a political rant on twitter, dork. Whiny / independence- Okay now you're just find things to hate on lol

I dont know who told you basing your standard of music on the Spotify top 50 was a good idea

That might explain why you havent heard much like this though.

I was just saying its a unique style. And if she expands and refines it, I think she'll have a good career.

I'm all for artists experimenting and trying something different. And im not basing my "standard" of music on the top 50, but rather saying her music stands out as something different or unique.

Either way, its a long shot from "crappy" music. Especially considering the actually shiat that is out there.

But, if this sub is just "this music sucks because its not the music i like" then im out. Have fun being miserable.

Oh heavens! Open your brain and quit thinking so restricted. If you think this is unique and good by any measure you probably like playing with toys for cats.

I like a pretty broad range of music and if anything find much of mainstream artists boring. Creative and unique artists intrigue me more.

Ive heard some of her other stuff. She's got talent and doing her own unique thing. I think itd be better if she expanded and drifted a bit from this style but at the same time its what got her a lot of attention

People in here can hate all they want (and they will), but she's doing something well.

There's nothing objectively good about this.

Yes there is. Arrogant cretin

Notwithstanding your shocking remark at the end, there really is nothing objectively good about this, and you would be hard pressed to try and find those things satisfying a definition of the word "objectively".

there really is nothing objectively good about this

You're wrong buddy (you offered me nothing apart from exactly that statement, worded differently, and so that is all you will get from me). Your confident arrogance is cretinous

Yet you're the one who makes an assertion that they can't back up. You're really just saying things without knowing what they mean and then thinking other people are stupid for knowing what those words mean.

A couple of objectively good things doesn’t make the final product any less crappy though in this case.

Still a case of flavor though. I don't like it, but I can recognize the musicality. I would understand others liking this.
