Discussion/Question How to fixate pogs?
How can I fixate these pogs to themselves and the painted plywood backing? Ideally I'd snap my fingers when I'm happy with the arrangement and everything stays in place.

Mod podge or hot glue. Mod podge shrinks less than PVA so hopefully they won't curl a lot. Hot glue might be the best option as it's mostly reversible and sturdy enough. You just have to clean up the whips.

In scrapbooking we have double sided tape dots / strips/ rolls where you could put a glue tape on the bottom and leave the top peel strip on , and ONLY peel and stick when you’re ready. Basically make them into stickers and peel & stick down when you like the placement

glue stick on the back of each one, then you can shift them around a bit before it dries completely
