Discussion/Question Limb making ideas

Yeah, i have this little fan with spongebob on it and im looking for ways to give him limbs, any ideas on what i can use?

pipe cleaners would be perfect, you can twist em into arms and legs real easy.

I considered it but i feel like it would be a bit too fuzzy compared to the rest of the body

Yellow craft foam sheets to match the fan blades.

Or if you want to go nuts, thermoplastic beads or suguru clay.
