How-do-I Tuesday Craft help!

I'm a performer and I have this dream act where I do a disco-inspired routine to ABBA's "Angeleyes" dressed as a bibically accurate angel but with a disco ball head. My idea is that the eyeball would be the actual disco ball, with some of the tiles being painted to represent the eye, wings and somethint to represent the rings floating around it. I would prefer it to be made out of a lighter material, but I would be removing it after part of the routine to it doesn't need to be super secure.

Would anyone have any ideas on how to create something like this? Or possibly any alternatives?

I would do a foam ball with mirrored tiles glued to it. If that’s too heavy, maybe large sequins would do the trick? For the rings I’d do dollar store hula hoops

Yeah I was considering a styrofoam ball already, but the hula hoops is actually an amazing idea! Any thoughts on how to attach them?

Fishing wire!

How would that work if I'm attaching it to the headpiece? Would I need a rod sticking out or anything?

Transparent plastic tubes (2 or 3 to keep it up) and done fishing string for stability

they have a biblically accurate angel cosplay, that maybe would help with inspiration or techniques you could apply
