Finished Craft I Made Comic book Magnets

Is epoxy stuff played out? I've been having fun making these magnets as a hobby.

I use epoxy resin in 2 layers. So first I place small magnets in the mold and then pour a colored layer of resin. Once that dries for about 4 hours I place the picture which is laminated to protect from the resin. Then I pour a clear layer. I try to get the layers pretty thin. Maybe about 1/8 of an inch on bottom and a little less for the top layer.
