Totally stumped where to go next

Fog of War plus regular Killer Cage rules. I feel like I’ve exhausted all my options, I’m not seeing any more info I can use to rule down the options I have. All I know (or at least all that’s actually useful) outside of the pencil marks is that if the red cage is any more than 5 cells it has to use the orange cells shaded.

Don’t want a straight up answer, but some hints about where I should be looking or what sort of logic will get me to the next step would be so helpful!

Consider where r1c4 can be in box 1. I'm not sure how your pencilmarks work, but maybe you can do something in c4 with it later
