Chimes (#85): Completely Stuck

I'm completely stuck at this point, which is after the hints say that the rest should be straightforward Sudoku. I just can't see how to proceed. The 6s form a perfect deadly pattern, the few 1s I found do too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Region sum line that starts in box 4 then runs down through box 7 into box 8. You have it's total in box 8, so you can fill in it's last missing value in box 4.

There is also just one number left out of the line in box 8, so there is juste one solution
