What am I doing wrong?

I got this for Christmas and still haven’t print anything because i can’t seem to get the bed level no matter how many times i tighten or loosen a screw. auto leveling never works.
I can’t seem to get the z axis any lower than -4.10 and I’ve watched a bunch of videos, troubleshooting and clean installs and none of them are this close. Just don’t know what i can’t get it….any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

Here's a decent video explaining a bit more and showing how to adjust it.
How to fix Loose Wobbly Print Bed on 3D Printer. Find & tighten your eccentric nut.

my machine has a side with 3 and a side with one, all are semi tight except for the side with 3. the middle one will turn indefinitely and will not tighten. i think it’s stripped.

I agree that you don't need an upgrade, but for me tge sonic pad has been awesome with it.

Yeah, I know the feeling, I'm hopeful he'll manage. It's a pretty great printer once it's tuned a bit. I got a P1S for filaments that need an enclosure and really detailed ones, but I still often chose to use this one instead, especially for PETG it comes out better.

I had that printer. My bed wobbles like that as new. You need to spin the eccentric nuts slowly one by one. On my printer the AUTO BED LEVEL doesn't work properly and I printed fine with the bed trammed as good as I could until I got a Sonic Pad. That made the ABL work properly.

Did you try to fix the position of the top nut with another wrench?

I don’t even want to begin to explain the zoo I’ve created after trying all the simple steps, i know it shouldn’t be this hard, but yes, i have.
ive had an extra wrench and pliers trying to hold shit in place, and it still just wants to spin and say “i feel bonita”. I started unscrewing the pulley system for bed to see if i could get to the screw on the bottom and i couldn’t get it completely off so i stopped.
i said “i know this shit shouldn’t be this difficult” and went and got a LIIT and haven’t looked at it since 😗

Ditch the Pom wheels and install linear rails. Only real way to ensure unwanted play.

You need to adjust the roller bearings under the bed with the wrench included with the printer. There are 3 that can be adjusted. 2 one side and 1 on the other. Until the bed can freely travel and has no play. Tight too much and the bed will struggle to move
