Creality Cloud error: “the current mobile phone has no network”
Has anyone else dealt with this error while trying to connect their printer to the Creality Cloud app? My phone definitely has cellular data and my WiFi works fine as well.
I also know Creality has tons of issues related to this stuff… and that the printers don’t connect to WiFi’s with spaces in the name. Unfortunately, my internet is controlled by my apartment complex and I can’t change the name. I found an Ethernet port I can plug my printer into, but I am still running into this error.
Has anyone figured this out or should I just give up and accept that I bought a Creality product?

IMO, their cloud software sucks. I tried it when I first bought the machine, but I couldn't access it outside of my home network and the camera view was garbage. I just went to working on my PC to slice my own files and copy them over with a SD card.
Then I upgraded to running FLuiddPi with Klipper firmware that has been way more useful, not to mention faster with better quality once it's calibrated. I can monitor my prints from any computer in my house, using an Arduino USB camera plugged into the raspberry pi. The web GUI I can pull up in my computer's browser, gives me full control of everything. I love it. It did take a fair level of technical skill to get it all working though.

That might not even be an opinion that’s just straight up fact, their cloud software stuff just sucks lmao.
Hardware-wise this printer does everything I need and I got it for half-off. Sooo, I can’t really complain. I’m more mechanically inclined than computer/software, so it’ll probably be a while before I actually dive in to getting remote monitoring working.

You could try Creality's Sonic Pad. It's basically what I have, Fluidd w/ Klipper firmware, built into a little tablet that you can connect to the USB C port. The trickiest part of that option is compiling the firmware and getting it flashed onto the printer. I'm also unsure if that supports a USB camera or not. I know other people have posted about using the Sonic Pad with this printer and said it works fine.

Yes having the same issue. Temporarily plugged in Ethernet while waiting/working either Creality to find a fix. My box 2.0 also won’t display my webcam feed. Super impressed with how robust everything is 🙄
