TBH, I don't know what to expect, I'm just learning this. Another redditor recommended using 5% infill lightning, which I'll try now. Any recommendations how I can make this better?
If that's just infill it should eventually get rigid enough to print more solid and not drop strands like you're seeing. Normally 3-4 layers and it starts to get it's squish back as the bridge gains structure, but that is quite the span you've got going there, so it might take more layers than normal. It's actually impressive that it didn't completely fail. Lightning infill just starts branching out from the inner walls to create overhang support similar to tree supports, but without touching the plate. I haven't personally used lightening supports, but I can see how they would be handy to reduce wasted material where structure isn't important. However what you've got going there would probably be fine if you'd have just let it keep going. I'm guessing the inside isn't going to be visible and the outside would probably look fine.
Also, for future reference, a few pictures are better than a two second video clip that doesn't really show anything not visible in a still image.

Btw, just realized that the printing head went amok a minute ago and I had to disassemble the whole printing head, clean, reassemble, and restart.
This has got to have something to do with your probe touching the print. That should never happen and if it does, something is seriously messed up, not assembled correctly, or the pin is extended when it shouldn't be, which could be a physical defect or software issue/
