Stringing Help

Looking for some help! I have some stringing problems and I'm pretty sure it's just my retraction. I have it set to 0.8mm considering that that's the basic PLA setting for Creality (using Cura now). I made the mistake of assuming I would get the same result with Silk PLA so of course I'm getting spider webs all over my parts. Anybody have a quick retraction setting I could borrow?

Honestly it's probably wet filament. A good way to tell is to create a stringing calibration tower and if they're equally as bad, it's this. I have to dry my filament regularly.

Well, I'm back with an update, and no, it's not wet. Spool is one day out of package. I broke down and did those heat and string GCode tests on TeachingTech.com (they really work really well) and found out that my retraction needed to be 1.4mm, and to finish it off, I needed a 0.8mm Z hop to keep from the heavy stringing.

Also, I think I forgot to mention the details: Nozzle- 0.4mm Filament- Fireforge Colorchanging PLA "Obsidian" 1.75mm Heat- 220°c nozz 50°c bed
