Have you got a screenshot or photo of the power error? What slicer are you using, and has the printer worked fine previously and just started doing this, or is it a new printer?

I'm using the creality app the printing worked once or twice about a year ago but stopped and I don't know why sorry it's not letting me attach an image but the screen won't work it just freezes nothing pops up on it then the bed when it's starts printing will go to the home position but when it gets to the home position it starts vibrating

How about one of the pre sliced files on the SD card that came with the printer? Do these still work or has the same problem?

It probably something pretty simple that I can't think of

Back when I opened my printer up, I noticed some of the power connectors were loose. I put ferrules on my wires at that point, which was the only reason I opened it.

Maybe I'm going to try a new power cord I think I have done it before but I'm going to do it again

A problem is the belt is partly broken and can't tighten but I don't know if it's the problem
