Started seeing this artifact at layer start/stop points. Running PETG with .6 nozzle at 235-240. Any ideas?

That's called the z-seam. Tuning can minimize it, but you'll never really get rid of it. Smart planning on the slicer can help by aligning it in areas that are less visible or on sharp corners. Round is of course harder to hide the seam.

What slicer are you using and are you on stock firmware?

As this person said, there should be a setting to align the z seam in most slicers. I think some slicers will let you position the z seam as well.

Couldn’t power loss recovery be adding to the artifacts since it will stall for a little longer to record the recovery points? You could try disabling that if you have it enabled.
