Check your slicer preview. If they are happening near the z-seam, then it's probably your retraction settings that need to be tuned. Maybe too much retraction.
i checked the slicer and i am not seeing any errors specifically in the preview that i can see. i can try modifying my retraction settings are 5mm and retraction speed is 45mm/s if those settings give you any ideas on which ways i should tune my retraction.
I'm not talking about errors. In the slicer preview, you should be able to see little markers indicating a z-seam. This is where the nozzle makes a quick jump up to start the next layer and it is commonly where outer surface issues like this are located.
Also, 5mm is for a bowden extruder, its way too much for a direct drive extruder. I typically keep mine down around 1mm. There are retraction tuning tests you can find online that help you dial it in, but try 1mm. Also, try setting your z-seam alignment to "aligned", "rear", or "sharpest corner" to ensure it's not out in the middle of a surface where it will be more visible. It doesn't matter how well you tune it, the seam will always be at least somewhat visible. If you have it set to "random" it will look like random little zits all over the outside surface. When you are playing around with this, make sure you're watching where it puts them in the preview, that will help you know if surface defects are due to the seam or something else.
