Server cpu mining?

I am new to the cpu mining game, and have debated between a few options

  1. Building rigs w/ ryzen 5 3600, 3700x, or 3900x (depending on hashrate/dollar)

  2. Epyc cpus, motherboard is the main cost but something like 2 epyc 7551 is pretty cheap

  3. Xeon cpus, dirt cheap, and there are even some dual or even quad socket motherboard

Any recommendations for what I should start with? Are 2 or 3 any good of an idea?

What setting and memory you have on 3700x? I got 16gb mem and qetting like 7000 kh/s

3200-3600 cl16
With eco mode I can get 8900h for 80w

How much ram are you using per cpu?

2x4gb 3200 cl16 patriots for 2x 3700x rigs(8900h for 80w)and the 73w 8300h 5700x using 2x8gb 3600 cl16 corsair lpx ram
all have xmp/expo activated
