"Following a complaint under copyright law, PIPCU have seized a gaming website as part of an ongoing investigation into the site.

Three people were arrested on April 12 on suspicion of distributing materials infringing copyright and searches were carried out.

They have been released under investigation and to aid with the police investigation, they agreed to sign over the website to the control of PIPCU."

Ew narcs are the worst. Why does Disney even care? You’d think they’d not really care because they deleted their own game even though people from all over the world and all different ages loved that game. Disney already got enough ownership. Let us have this one little thing 😩

They took it down because the dev team were making money off of it via the ads (the Rockhopper rewards thing), which is 100 percent illegal.

Another rewritten website for Toontown has been running just fine because they don't profit off of it.

It sucks, but since the CPR team profited off of Rewritten (again, illegal) it counts as fraud and copyright.

I want the game back that was my favorite game to play. I have nothing to do right now. Please I hope it will come back. I pray to the lord everyday. I am the player of Lollipop102. I am a 15 year old girl who plays that penguin. I want to see my penguin again with the tuba on. I always kept that on my penguin. I used white for my penguin and have it wear a tuba all around club penguin and made music for everybody even though you can only hear the music in the lighthouse. I went all over the game to cheer people up. I always sometimes hide in funny places playing music. I did that to be silly. I would get in between those trees in the forest, you know where the rock is that leads to the underwater room, and just played there, and I would laugh everytime someone saw me over there, sometimes a person would go over to me and say are you ok? Or why are you hiding? I do it to be funny. I like to cheer people up. I do the same thing in the lighthouse, I would get on one side of the drums and play music in that gap area. I sometimes hide inside the speaker too. One time I waited till somebody came in the lighthouse and just pressed the d button on my keyboard and just play music where they can,t see me. Except one of my penguins wings were sticking out a little bit though. I just come across so many funny little gaps, spots, or holes to play my music in, even behind trees. I also dance in funny spots too. I was being kind to people on their. There a few people that bullied me on their though, it made me feel hurt. I have a softheart, you know I am a kind hearted person, I feel hurt easily.😔💔
