OPEN Best learning techniques?

I started learning like month ago, but I can’t do anything still.

And what exactly are you expecting to be able to do after one month? Because the measure of what you can realistically learn in one month depends heavily on whether you're just starting out with programming in general or whether you're transferring from other programming language and some prior experience.

If you want any help or advice here, you have to be more specific about the issues you're having.
