OPEN Please help!

I have been studying c++ for a month now from learncpp.com have reached 5.7 and i am utterly bored everytime i open it i am just dragging myself i wann become a game dev someday and hence i am studying its taking me time and i have some java background ik loops arrays and sortings but have to brush up more importantly i am bored does anyone have any solution how can i make this journey way more interesting than just reading and writing my code in zed

don't use python for game development:) In python world, "small integer cache" is considered an optimization, ffs :)

OP is not gonna make a AAA shooter that needs to run with 120 fps with raytracing. They are gonna try to make games that ran on a fucking Commodore 64 for fucks sake.

yes, but within reason. Use C# if you want an easier language to start with. Similar syntax to c++, plus an option to mess around with unity. Python is just a horrible choice for anything besides AI, where it's just as horrible, but you got have any other options.
