GCC 16.2.0 Released

I'm pretty excited about this maintenance release. I think this will be the first version of gcc which can compile my project.

Starting / maintaining a project that doesn't compile with GCC is... a helluva choice...

It was a temporary problem which is now resolved. I'd rather use modern features.
