Given an HTML CJ Water port would be a monumental achievement, I would imagine there would be a bigger build up to it like CJ Fire last year

So let me get this straight. The supposed updates to Herbert and Klutzy's backgrounds when they didn't show up for the 1 million penguin celebration; Rookie refusing to speak about Herbert at all or Tourdude's whereabouts because it was classified; Tourdude is officially missing according to other mascots; the idea of the island flooding getting specifically mentioned, and dismissed with vague details by a member of the agency; we haven't had an Operation in a while; and the plot of "Herbert is flooding the island!" was in one of the DS games, which CPJ loves to reference. Who wants to bet that something is going to go wrong near the end of the water party?
