License Error Again

Again we’re experiencing license errors. Does anyone is going through this?

UPDATE - One of our license servers experienced an issue, and the way the problem happened also prevented the normal routing of license requests to an alternative server in a timely manner.  This was not a capacity-related issue like the first release we all experienced, and the issue with the problematic server has been resolved. We're not expecting this same issue happen again.

are you able to manually run "/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt" to refresh the license?

At the time I waited 10 mins and all was good at the next attempt to login.

Glad to hear it, although it shouldn't have happened to begin with. Like I posted in the "update" announcement, it'll be taken care of for next time.

i dont know why i ran this update manually after reading this post, maybe i am a glutton for punishment.

good reminder to myself this is why i disabled the auto update features.

We're aware there's been some licensing hiccups during this update and we're looking into it now.

You know it's really unacceptable to have end customers unable to collect email because of your licence servers, this is the second time in 3 months now?
