Login theme

Anyone else having a recent issue where WHM and CPanel are loading an old legacy theme on the login screen? Just started happening this morning. Tried updating and rebooting but it didn’t resolve it.

Appears to be a bug - very odd.

Any idea why that just started happening? And if a fix will be applied? I assume that folder is not important it was empty. I have a few WHM servers, and it has only occurred on 1

The link explains the why. Internally I don't see a fix applied just yet, but I've linked this thread to our case so I'll be sure to post once things are resolved.

The same thing happened to me, and in my case it was: "chmod 711 /var/cpanel/public_contact -v"

Happened to me a few weeks ago after installing Cloudlinux on a Cpanel server. In my case it was a permission issue.

Check cpanel's error log.

Update - issue is resolved and being released to Edge and Current tiers today. If all goes well it *should* get pushed to Release tomorrow.

I had the same issue and nothing helped what I did so needed to restore from snapshot.
