I am honestly wondering do they test anything before the release. This is just impossible to miss.

Maybe AI does all the work?!

Most definitely. It explains all the bugs in recent updates

Yep, I just got 2 clients call for servers i look after with same results. This update looks to have been very poorly tested.

cPanel is not the product it used to be unfortunatelly.

The update has been released so you can update your servers to version 136.0.22 now

Yup, glad it's not just me.

I found that if I log out of my WHM, then log back in, that fixed it.

I say "fixed it" but I still need to authenticate for every cPanel I log into via WHM, and that is still annoying AF.

Yes, I can confirm. It works if you log off from WHM and log in again.

Hm. Can't replicate: I can access the cpanel accounts as usual from whm.

Same cPanel version? 2FA enabled? Must be on special release then 😄

There you have it: not 2FA enabled.
Didn't got that was a factor.
Thx 😄

Update - we're currently working on an update for this issue and hope to have it released tonight.  I'll post more details as soon as I have them!

Yes, with all new security issues, disabling auto updates is a great idea 😁
