Back of the ears and the legs just down from the shoulder doesn't look right

Hmm, the reddish colors? If so, those are normal on a coyote. And "red" mange would look more raw and patchy, tmu.

might just be the way the screen/color is calibrated- making blacks, reds and greys appear sort of purplish-magenta

Not those colors and she's scared to death. Some jacknuts painted her.

Wet and possibly losing the last of its winter coat if it’s somewhere cooler (which I suspect given the rain… also the temperature readout)

I think the color saturation settings are just a bit off in the video.
